OUTline ONline Open this Week

Due to the recent tragedy in Orlando, we have reopened OUTline ONline for the week of June 13-19. Please visit qlinks.ca/outline for peer support, offered by trained LGBTQ2IA+ volunteers/staff.

OUT/ON will be operating everyday from 1:30-4:30 pm, except Wednesday, where service will end at 3:30 pm. Please access support here.

In collaboration with ALL of our LGBTQ2IA+ community partners (Out On The Shelf, ARCH, Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis, Guelph Queer Equality, Rainbow Chorus, and more), alongside the Muslim community of Guelph, we are holding a vigil on Thursday, June 16 from 8-9:30 pm at City Hall downtown. Speakers will begin at 8:30 and the candlelight vigil is scheduled for 9 pm. You can find the event on Facebook here. This vigil represents solidarity, both among community members, organisations, and Guelph, as well as with the LGBTQ2IA+ and Muslim communities of Orlando and beyond.

Please feel free to use the Ask OUTline blog, OUTline ONline, or OUTline’s social media (Facebook & Twitter) to share your thoughts and feelings and to reach out for support. If you require support outside OUTline’s chat hours, YouthLine offers telephone, text and chat services Sunday to Friday, 4:00 to 9:30 pm.
